I've created this 8 week transformational coaching programme for anyone who has either experienced emotional neglect or parental narcissistic abuse or who is experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, struggling with boundaries or people pleasing.

What does it cover?

This isn't a traditional 'how to' course. It dives much deeper into the nature of our experience, where suffering comes from and how to find inner peace and connection with our true nature, all without having to master new techniques, create personal practices or explore past pain.

It has the potential to impact all areas of your life, including relationships with parents, siblings, partners, children, colleagues.

How will it run?

Starting on Tuesday 30th July, and running over 8 weeks, you will have a short video to watch from my Total Inner Peace System online course which is included in the price, and we will meet weekly for 90 minutes as a group to discuss the videos and do group coaching.

Group sessions will be run weekly online from 3pm to 430pm on Tuesdays. All sessions will be recorded if you can't make them.

There is will be private Facebook Group for all participants for the duration of the course where you will be able to post questions and get support.

You will have lifetime access to the Total Inner Peace System Online course as part of the course.

This is a small group course, limited to a maximum of 8 participants.

What if I can't attend every session?

All the sessions will be recorded so you can catch up at another time. Ideally you would make as many as you can.
